We are Chiara and Lorenzo, siblings born and raised at 3 Cesario Console, in the heart of the Santa Lucia neighborhood of Naples. This apartment is not just our home, it’s part of who we are. With deep roots in the area and a genuine passion for hospitality, we’ve created a space that reflects the warmth, character and authenticity of our city. Our goal is to offer a comfortable, well-cared-for stay and to make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. The property is located in the Santa Lucia district of Naples, one of the most charming and central areas of the city. It’s just a 5-minute walk from Piazza del Plebiscito and the Royal Palace, and about 10 minutes on foot from the historic center, including Via Toledo, the Spanish Quarters, and Castel dell'Ovo.

What amenities are included at N3 Apartment?

The property offers a full range of amenities to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay. You'll have access to free high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating, a smart TV, a private bathroom, fresh towels and bed linens, as well as a fully equipped kitchen.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. If you need flexible times, feel free to contact us in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Is the property private or shared?

If you book the N3 Exclusive, you will have the entire property to yourself.

If you book the Acquamarina Deluxe or Smeraldo Suite, you’ll have a private bedroom with ensuite bathroom, while the kitchen and living area are shared with other guests.

Is breakfast included?

Breakfast is not included, but there is a café just downstairs where you can reserve a breakfast option through us. It's a convenient and tasty way to start your day in Naples.

Is parking available?

Yes, there is a private garage in the building where you can reserve a parking space. Availability is limited, so please contact us in advance for more information and to secure your spot.

Is the property pet-friendly?

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at the property.
